Donuts are the new protein shakes
There are so many reasons I love America. Topping the list is Krispy Kreeme Donuts. Take some lovely processed flour. Add sugar. Deep fry that bitch. And enjoy.
Many of us tend to save the donuts for mid afternoon snacks, weekend meals, and every other day breakfast. But this is taking it to the next logical step. The gym! Why didn’t I think of that. Clearly, the best place to add fat into your diet is at the gym where you are so quickly losing it. Nice thinking guys!
With all this talk of the Pop Tart Diet and the Twinkie Diet, it’s about time someone just cut to the chase and gave us what we wanted

Bro Fight: Subway Edition
Sometimes a drunken Bro needs a sandwich. Thanks to a successful marketing campaign, often the first thing one thinks of is Subway. So, our friendly bro has had a few too many shots of the Situations Vodka and the jingle rings in his head – Five dollars. Five dollar footlong.
But here’s the thing. Bro’s need whole wheat and lean meat. If they don’t get that, the shirt is coming off and someone is going to get messed up. In this case, it’s the bro. And trust me, the conclusion to this is ultra satisfying. So watch it through, don’t skip ahead.
